Vendor applications continue to roll in. Check out Hillcrest Urban Gardening which will be appearing at our Expo this year in their letter of inquiry below. We're sure that Expo visitors will be delighted to learn what they have to offer. How much more sustainable can you be than growing your own food in your backyard? We look forward to seeing Hillcrest Urban Gardening on the 28th.
I'm inquring to see if there are still vendor spaces left for the Local Living Expo.
Hillcrest Urban Gardening is a Central NJ based full service organic vegetable gardening company that works with households, schools, and restaurants to turn unused (namely, yards or rooftops) spaces into high yield, vegetable production. We do this through either building raised beds, planting into containers, or in-ground gardens. We also build and install rain water catchment drip irrigation systems and household composting systems.
Previously, I started Perpetual Spring Organic Farm in Kigali, Rwanda where I worked for three years in niche market vegetable production, and, more recently, worked full time at North Slope Organic Farm just outside of Hopewell. I started Hillcrest last summer, and the 2015 year will mark our first full season. I'm incredibly excited to get our name out there in the community and think what Hillcrest does fits swimmingly with the mission of the Local Living Expo.
If there's an open space, Hillcrest would love to be in attendance.
